A challenging alignment-based class utilizing props to help dig deeper into each asana. You will hold poses longer and twist deeper to build greater stamina and strength.
Class begins with flowing, dynamic movement to warm up the body. Each standing pose will be held for 1-3 minutes. Though we are using a variety of props, such as chairs, please note that this is a challenging class that will contain one optional inversion sequence (which can be substituted if you do not wish to practice headstand).
Class ends with a fabulous relaxation sequence and a well-earned Savasana.
