Join us in the salud room with local home chef Janna Melkonian of Rappit Up. Janna creates and sells vegetarian and vegan cuisine, sharing her love of healthy, seasonal eating with others. In this class, Janna will show you how to make TWO vegan style pizza crusts, with real Whole Foods ingredients. One will be made with a Cauliflower and Almond Crust (gluten free) and the other will be made traditional style with Whole Wheat Flour. Both Crusts will be topped with Janna's homemade Tomato Sauce with real summer tomatoes and loaded with summer veggies. Enjoy a delicious Salad of Spinach, Arugula and Garbanzo Beans with a Balsamic Lemon Vinaigrette and for dessert, a sweet treat of Brownie Energy Bites.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There are no age requirements to attend a cooking class, however we will occasionally serve alcohol in our cooking school and valid ID will be required to consume any alcoholic beverage. Pricing will vary according to what is being served. At this time, drinks must be paid for with cash only. We are working towards getting a separate credit card reader.

We reserve the right to change the menu, in accordance to what is available at the time. If for some reason, we cannot obtain certain ingredients, we may substitute something different, but of the same quality and value.
What's the refund policy?
A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 24 HOURS prior to the class. Under no circumstances will a transfer or refund be issued without 24 hours notice — no exceptions! However, we will accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot in the class with a friend, family member, or colleague.
