I've had several requests to have this type of event on a weekend (this will be in addition to our normal 3rd Monday drum circle).
Facilitator Training: 1 to 3 pm (optional)
Women's Healing Drum Circle 3 to 5 pm. Potluck to follow at 5 pm.
The Healing Drum Circle is a 2 hour program (as usual). For those who would be interested in learning to hold space and facilitate a circle, please plan to be here 2 hours before the circle begins.
Cost: love offering
Join us for our healing drum circle. No experience necessary. We'll use drumming and guided imagery to connect with our own inner guidance to reduce stress, relax, recuperate and reset.
Please dress comfortably and bring drums, rattles if you have them (we have plenty to share). A journal for recording any insights received on your journey.
Also, feel free to bring an item to put on the altar during our circle to soak up the good vibes!
We will be sitting in chairs, but if you feel inclined you may bring a yoga mat to sit or lay on, space permitting.
